• Order & transaction data: order history, payment confirmation (note: payment processing is by third-party gateway; we do not store full card details).

• Communications: customer service emails, return/claim correspondence.

• Technical information (site analytics, device info, IP) through cookies/logs for site functioning and improvement.

2. Legal basis & use

We process personal data to: (a) perform the contract (order processing, delivery); (b) comply with legal obligations (tax/consumer law); (c) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics); and (d) where required, with your consent (marketing communications).

We share personal data with: logistics partners (for delivery), payment processors, marketplace operators (if order placed through a marketplace), and legal authorities if required. We use contractual safeguards (data processing agreements) with processors. We do not sell personal data.

We use administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect data. Data is retained as necessary for business and statutory purposes (tax/accounting; typically 7 years unless law requires otherwise).
