Delivery estimates: shown at checkout; not guaranteed.

Risk & title: risk transfers to buyer on delivery to the supplied address. Title passes when full payment is received.

Lost/failed delivery: If carrier reports delivered and customer claims non-receipt, we will open an inquiry with the carrier; buyer must cooperate until resolved and maintain patience for refund (either in product or monetary).
