Cancellation Policy

Cancellation window: 12 hours from order placement or until the order status shows “dispatched”, whichever is earlier.

To cancel: contact hello@navyuj.com quoting order number, payment reference. If cancellation is accepted, refund will be processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No cancellation accepted post-dispatch. If customer refuses delivery, return shipping and restocking costs may apply; final decision on refund will be made after goods are received and inspected.

This policy is without prejudice to statutory consumer remedies for defective/damaged goods delivered.
